The CLC features again in the current issue of the BD3 Magazine in a article on the new multi-million pound construction centre built to help improve opportunities for students from all over Bradford and situated on Undercliife Lane.
 
 
Collaborative Learning
The City Learning Centre is to install Microsoft’s ‘Learning Gateway’ on its brand new servers. This will enable collaborative projects to take place between schools and colleges across the city, region, country and worldwide. Keep checking our website for further details.
 
 
Improved Facilities
The CLC has reopened to students and community after it’s refurbishment of the ground floor facilities. New equipment and a much brighter more welcoming environment are proving to be an immediate success with all users.
 
 
CLC Cisco Success
The first group of trainee ICT technicians recently completed the first year of the course in the City Learning Centre. The course was assessed by leading networking company Cisco which is based in the United States. Every student passed with flying colours and all paid tribute to their tutor Nagina Khan.
 
 
Shabana's Courses
Parents and community members have just completed the Share programme. This course encourages parents to become more involved with their children´s work at school. The parents completed ICT work and a programme involving living a healthy life.

Shabana also hosted a open day for parents of Barkerend pupils who attended with their sons and daughters. They took part in a range of activities including using the CLiC radio studio, digital microscopes and computer based animation.
 
 
CLC At The Bradford Mela 2006
This year´s Mela attracted over 170,000 people. The CLC flooded the area with wireless broadband internet, providing businesses as well as free access to the general public for the second year running
